Logline
Marvin, a laid-back drifter, is tasked by his grandmother, Gam-Gam, with picking up pies for her annual Yam Jam festival. What begins as a simple errand spirals into a chaotic adventure involving a broken-down car, an unexpected bank robbery, and a giant falling potato, all testing Marvin's determination to make his grandmother proud.
About Film
This awesome comedy was a thesis project for a prestigious film course at Towson University. Director, Elijah Green, pitched the script and the crew was convinced. Gam-Gam’s Yam Jam was a great example of nothing is impossible, from building giant falling potato props, car rigs, insane locations, and set design nothing was unobtainable. The film is owned by Red Clover, the company of filmmaker Elijah Green, but the talent from FlicksFlix was showcased across the board from crew through the cast.
